This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the surrounding area. The location is perfect, very close to the premier outlet and a great art museum. it's within easy reach of the ski area, making it a great choice for snow sports enthusiasts. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great views of the mountain scenery. Service is top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The spa and outdoor hot springs are especially fantastic.
The dining options are a bit limited, especially in terms of the restaurant's operating hours.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were great. On top of that, the location next to a great art museum and the ski area made it really convenient for exploring the area. I also appreciated the free parking and shuttle service that the hotel provided, making transportation easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a family-friendly hotel in a prime location for hiking and outdoor activities. The spacious rooms were a highlight, accommodating our family of four with ease. We enjoyed the free shuttle service, making it very convenient to start our outdoor hikes. The outdoor hot spring bath was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.
The hotel decor was rather outdated, but it was clean and comfortable nonetheless. It lacked a bit of atmosphere, but we made up for it by venturing out and exploring the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel was convenient, and two activities nearby were enjoyable. Also, the hotel's price was relatively low. The view of the surrounding mountains was beautiful from the windows, and they offered bike rental on-site, which was perfect for exploring the area. Additionally, the in- and outdoor hot springs were enjoyable for a soak on a cold Christmas evening.
The hotel has no staff; it is as if everyone is daydreaming the entire time. The restaurant staff was uninterested in providing a service, and the food was pricey for the limited options provided. The breakfast tables were always dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel had a game hall atmosphere, and as a result, the lobby and outdoor areas were always loud with music and noise. The hotel needs to fix that urgently.

I recently stayed at this lovely 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was unbeatable, with stunning natural surroundings and easy access to various attractions. I loved being so close to the beautiful lake and the amazing gallery nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service to local ski stations, which was incredibly convenient for me. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they did have a slightly outdated feel. However, the price for such a luxurious hotel in this area was excellent. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the amenities, including the on-site restaurant and spa center, added to the enhanced comfort of my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With its prime location, friendly staff, and fantastic amenities, this place truly offers a luxurious experience.
